We conduct the space only stand auditing, reviewing all safety documentation as well as lead the implementation of the Lifting Safety Strategy. This event permits exhibitors to conduct their own lifting and we are responsible for the safe implementation of this process. As well as the overall safety strategy we provide Event Safety Advisors, Floor Managers and Crew on the ground throughout the event’s tenancy period.

We have spent 6 years working with the Media 10 team delivering this historic event. In advance of the event we primarily work with the house build team in line with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015. We produce the Construction Phase Plan and act as the Principal Contractor for this project. Additionally we review all of the space only and feature documentation which we then follow up on site at the event. A team of our Event Safety Advisors work with the organisers throughout the tenancy period making sure the event is a success and safe to all concerned.
